Hello!  Yes, this is Embrace.  I’m so excited to be featured in your monthly syndicate.  It seems like all these years of hard work and dedication are finally paying off.  I’ve never done this sort of thing, so you’ll have to tell me where to begin.  Okay, well, I grew up in a small town in the mid-west and my parents are both nuclear physicists.  Some say the apple doesn’t fall from the tree, but in my case that’s anything but the truth. I knew early on that math and science weren’t for me.  I wrote my first book, titled, “Lima Beans are The Worst” when I was just 6 years old.  It was a thrilling tale about my various food aversions that my parents still proudly display whenever their friends come over.  Yes, I still have food aversion and no I don’t write about them anymore.

These days I focus exclusively on historical fiction.  I knew I had officially arrived when my third novel, “Fanity Fair” landed on the New York Times Bestsellers. Like all my books, this story examines the complexity of relationships, money and power.  My passion for writing is fueled by my fascination with psychology and whether our decisions are more influenced by our environment, genetics or a combination of both. In addition to my love of story-telling, here are a few things you should know about me:
