Stocking Dealer Incentive Program Details:

All fields marked with * are required fields for processing.

Copies of Sales Invoice(s) or Receipt(s) are required.

Forms must be submitted within said submission dates or the incentive will be forfeited.

Commission NOT paid on sales tax charged to customer.

As a Level 2-5 stocking dealer you have opted for the SPIFF instead of COOP for 2024.

Before you submit your SPIFF for you must register for your Unique ID.

March 2025 – May 2025    |    2% Incentive    |    Submission: June 1 – 30, 2025    |    Payment by July 31

June 2025 – Aug. 2025    |    2% Incentive    |    Submission: Sept. 1 – 30, 2025    |    Payment by Oct. 31

Sept. 2025 – Nov. 2025    |    2% Incentive    |    Submission: Dec. 1 – 31, 2025    |    Payment by Jan. 31

Dec. 2025 – Feb. 2026    |    2% Incentive    |    Submission: March 1 – 31, 2026    |    Payment by Apr. 30

        • Incentive Checks will be mailed to the Showroom or Fanimation Sales Representative NOTE: Incentive checks will be remitted to individual salesperson(s) via regular U.S. mail to the showroom of his or her employment. Fanimation may also remit the incentive checks to your Fanimation sales representative agency. Upon remittance of the incentive check(s), Fanimation assumes no further responsibility for ensuring that incentive check(s) are properly distributed, or applicable taxes paid.
